What Support Can Help With

Support can help with login issues, YouTube connection problems, account deletion, privacy questions, billing questions, refund requests, and reports of incorrect or unsafe localization behavior.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge and include the email address used for the account.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, currency, and country.

Subscriptions

TranslaDeo subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel to stop the next renewal from your billing management page. Partial use of a billing period, unused monthly limits, cancellation after renewal, or a change in your publishing plans does not automatically create a refund right unless required by applicable law or approved by support.

Billing FAQ

Plan upgrades normally apply immediately. If you move to a higher plan before the current billing period ends, the payment provider may charge only the prorated difference for the remaining time in that period.

Plan downgrades normally apply at the next billing date. Your current paid plan stays active until then, and your dashboard may show when the lower plan is scheduled to start.

During a downgrade, the payment provider may still show a confirmation screen or a proration summary. If the change is scheduled for the next billing date, the proration amount shown is not an immediate charge and is not the price of your next renewal. You keep your current plan until the end of the paid period, then the new plan renews at its regular listed price.

Cancelling a subscription stops a future renewal. Paid access normally continues until the end of the already paid billing period.

Provider Handling

Payments and refunds may be processed by the Merchant of Record payment provider. Final tax, currency, payment method, and refund handling may depend on the provider and your country.

TranslaDeo is a small product. Support requests are reviewed as soon as practical, with billing, privacy, and account access issues treated as the highest priority.
