What TranslaDeo Collects
TranslaDeo collects the account information needed to provide the service, such as your email address, selected plan, usage counters, connected YouTube channel metadata, and operation history.
When you submit text for localization, titles, descriptions, language selections, and related processing results may be stored so you can review your work and so TranslaDeo can enforce monthly usage limits.
YouTube Authorization
When you connect YouTube, TranslaDeo stores an encrypted refresh token so it can fetch video metadata and upload YouTube localizations on your behalf. TranslaDeo updates only localization fields for titles and descriptions.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by a Merchant of Record payment provider. TranslaDeo does not store card numbers. Billing events may be stored to keep your subscription status in sync.
Data Use
TranslaDeo uses your data to authenticate your account, operate the localization workflow, apply usage limits, maintain billing state, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Data Retention and Deletion
TranslaDeo keeps account, billing, and operation records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can request deletion or use the account deletion option in your account profile.
Third-Party Services
TranslaDeo relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, YouTube API access, translation processing, payments, email support, and analytics. These providers may process data under their own terms when necessary to operate the service.
